Please note that we have a no cancellation policy and we do not provide refunds if guests are no longer able to attend the event. If you are unable to attend then you may nominate an alternative person from your organisation to attend in your place. All substitutions must be received in writing to Kate Smith (kate.smith@futurenet.com) up to 12 hours before the event.
